Eliminate AI

EAI ("the extension") is a recurring subscription of £10 per month. Your payment method is charged automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time (see section 6).
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing period, and because EAI is a digital service that is unlocked the moment you activate your license, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Nothing in this policy removes rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. However, by purchasing EAI and activating your license immediately, you request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day cancellation right once activation begins.
If EAI does not work as described, contact us within 14 days at SupportEliminateAI@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem. We will try to fix the issue, and if we cannot, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Any approved refund is issued through Polar back to your original payment method. As the Merchant of Record, Polar has final say over refunds, disputes, and chargebacks under its own buyer policies, regardless of this policy.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for - you keep full access until then. After that, renewals stop and EAI's features lock automatically. You are not charged again.
