Eliminate AI

EAI ("EAI", "the extension", "we", "us") is a browser extension operated by Mark | EAIa. Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. By installing, purchasing, or using EAI you agree to these Terms.
EAI helps you reduce AI content in your browser by blocking selected AI websites, hiding Google "AI Overviews", hiding AI-related interface elements on supported sites, and flagging images that carry AI-generation metadata. EAI runs locally in your browser.
EAI is a subscription billed at £10 per month. Your payment method is charged automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time via the Polar customer portal (polar.sh/eai/portal); access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then renewals stop. Prices may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods. Taxes (e.g. VAT) are handled by Polar where applicable.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
EAI's "hide AI features on sites" list is based on the open-source Stevo's GenAI Blocklist (MIT licence). EAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the websites or AI services it blocks or filters.
EAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI services and websites change constantly, so EAI may not block or detect everything, and AI-image detection is not perfect and may produce false results. You use EAI at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of EAI. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the extension. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update EAI and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
